Personal Hair Stylist

I'm looking for a personal hair stylist (no liscence required but skill with natural black hair is) to make house calls weekly or every 2 weeks depending.

I live in the the Bronx and have type 4 natural hair.

Looking for someone to do simple 2 strand twists, cornrows, braids, etc.
